Kim Kardashian wrote a blog about her weight loss and relationship with Kanye West.
The reality star claims she has lost 10 lbs. after working out at the gym with her friend Jonathan Cheban.
Jonathan and I enjoyed an evening stroll on the beach in Miami! What a gorgeous evening… the sunset looked beautiful and the sky was just incredible!
When we first got to Miami I wanted to cover up because I had gained about 15 lbs… but after a couple months of watching what I eat and working out almost every day I’ve lost 10 lbs and I’m feeling great!
It definitely helps having friends around to motivate me… Jonathan’s a great gym buddy and he keeps me on track!
I think a lot of women will agree that when you’re happy in a relationship your weight can fluctuate a little. [via]
